Remote Customer Care Representative

As a Remote Customer Care Representative at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 3.
