Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Representative to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in implementing customer care strategies to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems. 3. Strong planning and organization skills. 4. Ability to manage relationships with customers and colleagues effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
