Job Description:


YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a Customer Care Representative to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and resilient.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 5. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer.


Personality traits: 1. Hardworking: Willing to go above and beyond to assist customers and meet targets. 2. Resilient: Can handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.


Soft skills: 1. Planning: Ability to organize tasks and prioritize effectively. 2. Presentation: Ability to clearly communicate information to customers.
