Customer Care Representative - Work from home

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. 3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve overall processes. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer care practices. 6. Persuasively communicate with customers to promote company products and services.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
