Job Description:


Gamuda Berhad is looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, and possess excellent time management and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers - Educating customers on products and services offered by the company - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Strong time management and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
