Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Genting Group in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product or service-related questions and issues - Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service


Requirements: - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills to help guide and support team members - Innovative thinking to find creative solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a customer service role is required
