Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Petronas in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints through multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating as needed - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Utilize negotiation and time management skills to efficiently handle customer interactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Ability to work part-time hours
