Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for the successful candidate. As an Entry Level role, this is a great opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have, resolving them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer needs.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated personality, with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a proactive and innovative manner. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
