Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to work from home in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals with strong cooperation and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, phone, or chat. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Recommend products or services to meet customer needs. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
