Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: Padini Holdings Berhad is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will also assist in processing orders, maintaining customer records, and dealing with product returns.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability 3. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently 4. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database 6. Assisting with product returns and exchanges 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth customer service experience 8. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Adaptable and able to think on your feet 5. Energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers 6. Research skills to gather information and solve customer problems 7. Creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer issues
