Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Assistant

AirAsia Group Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This exciting entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, motivated, and have a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service to passengers via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assisting in booking flights, processing payments, and managing reservations. 3. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Providing support to other departments as needed.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of customer information. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism. 6. Must be fluent in English and any additional languages would be a plus.
