Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: Media Prima Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service quality - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards providing outstanding customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and plan effectively to resolve customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent
