Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 3. Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer questions 4. Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner 5. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals 6. Support the Customer Service Manager in various administrative tasks 7. Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures and protocols

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 5. Leadership skills and ability to think strategically 6. Must be hardworking and driven 7. Must embrace creativity and innovative solutions
