Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner 2. Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy in product delivery 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and finding solutions to meet their needs 4. Working closely with the sales team to provide support and maintain customer relationships 5. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively 4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
