Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is looking for a dedicated and driven Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively via phone, email, or chat. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Utilize decision-making skills to handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions. 7. Use persuasion techniques to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Drive to exceed customer expectations and achieve company goals. 8. Proven decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. 9. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales.
