Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner - Processing customer orders and ensuring a smooth delivery process - Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
