Job description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on exceeding their expectations and delivering delight. - Manage and update customer accounts and information accurately in our database. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and overall customer satisfaction. - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
