Job Description:


IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. A reliable and dedicated individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork. 3. Ability to think creatively and suggest innovative solutions to customer issues. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
