Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. A reliable and dedicated individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork. 3. Ability to think creatively and suggest innovative solutions to customer issues. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 5.
