Job Description:


Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, and possess strong people management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Process customer orders and returns if necessary. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback to management. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 9. Assist in other customer service-related tasks as assigned.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong people management abilities. 4. Hardworking and motivated to provide exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. 8. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
