Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints 3. Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations 4. Maintain customer accounts and records accurately 5. Recommend potential products or services to customers 6. Work with the sales team to generate new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude 2. 3 years of customer service experience preferred 3. Excellent people management and decision-making skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized
