Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and visitors at the airport.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer inquiries and provide information about airport services, flights, and facilities - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with passenger check-in and boarding processes - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive experience for all customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in project management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
