Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in Malacca City, Melaka, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
