Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sunway Construction Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Research and provide solutions to customer issues - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service expectations - Assist with any additional tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail - Excellent research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
