Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is currently seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Reliable and able to work independently - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment
