Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This part-time entry-level position is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after their travel. 3. Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we are looking for adaptable and resilient individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically in order to solve problems effectively. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs. 4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 5. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
