Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and motivated, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with account inquiries, investment products, and general banking services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resilient and motivated attitude - Strong strategic planning and research skills
