Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This position requires 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering a high level of service - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Attention to detail and critical thinking soft skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
