Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty. - Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems preferred. - Resilient personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to contribute to a positive team dynamic.
