Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Assisting passengers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 4. Providing accurate information regarding airport services, flight schedules, and travel requirements 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery 6. Handling customer feedback and escalating issues as needed 7. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure 7. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
