Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager at PPB Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the customer service team. This role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train, mentor, and motivate customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. 8. Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 8. Strong people management and presentation skills as soft skills.
