Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


S P Setia Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the necessary skills to effectively manage a team and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and leadership 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery 6. Train new employees on customer service best practices and company policies 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Resilient and resourceful personality traits 7. Cooperation and decision-making soft skills 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software 9. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
