Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the customer service department.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. 8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency. 9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Time management and organizational skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 8. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
