Job Description:


Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a leading automotive company, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and driving success for our business.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve customer satisfaction levels. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and drive continuous improvement. 6. Train and develop team members to enhance their customer service skills and performance. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and driven personality traits. 5. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 6. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 7. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer service best practices.
