Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team in a remote setting. This individual should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the remote customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics - Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
