Job Description:


QSR Brands is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate should be hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve performance. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution. 5. Conduct training sessions for customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with a focus on remote teams. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Experience in research and planning.
