Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide top-notch service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure positive customer experiences. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are being met. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve customer interactions and overall experience. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years experience in customer service management. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills and time management abilities. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly. 6. Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer service representatives. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
