Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad, a leading infrastructure and property developer, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and manage customer accounts accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing innovative customer service strategies - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful individual who can effectively handle various customer situations - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Innovative thinker who can suggest new ideas for improving customer service processes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using computer software and customer service platforms - Must be able to work effectively in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
