Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Sime Darby Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 3. Processing orders and managing customer accounts 4. Providing product knowledge and information to customers 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service 2. Reliable and able to work independently 3. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members 4. Effective decision-making abilities to handle complex customer situations 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 8. Fluent in English and Malay
