Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, with a solid track record of delivering exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and independent, with a strong focus on analysis and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
