Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Officer in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but excellent communication and time management skills are essential.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve customer concerns effectively. 4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours.
