Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: -Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner -Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution -Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately -Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty -Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills in all customer interactions -Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals -Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: -Reliable and motivated individual with a passion for customer service -Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in basic computer programs and systems -Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
