Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at MR DIY Group. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various remote channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles and possess the personality traits of being driven and resilient.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Update customer records accurately in our database. 5. Assist in processing orders and returns. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively understand and respond to customer needs. 3. Leadership skills to guide and support team members when necessary. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
