Job Description:


MISC Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should have a confident and reliable personality, as well as strong soft skills in cooperation and persuasion.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process orders and assist with billing and invoicing as needed. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve customer service processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
