Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Assisting passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing payments. 2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person. 3. Providing information on flight schedules, routes, and airline policies. 4. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to improve processes and procedures. 8. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Teamwork and strategic planning skills. 6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
