Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and resilient attitude towards customer service - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
