Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team at Genting Group in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner 3. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests 4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure 4. Strong adaptability and project management skills 5. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service 6. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work
