Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Officer to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
