Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Officer to work from home in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Provide product information and advice to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
