Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sunway Construction Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Driven and energetic personality - Adaptability and critical thinking skills - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
