Job Description:

Padini Holdings Berhad is looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Take ownership of customer concerns and see them through to resolution. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Adaptability to changing situations and priorities. 5. Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
